FIELD: medicine for osteosynthesis of clavicle fractures. SUBSTANCE: device for reposition of clavicle fragments uses osteal fixatives with bent working ends linked for bringing together and moving off by means of connecting assemblies, and a guide, which accommodates screws that have a threaded joint with clamps. The device is furnished with a base and means for reposition; the osteal fixatives are made in the form of clamps hinge-joined on the opposite sides of the base, the connecting assembly is made in the form of a binding threaded rod placed in the clamp slots by means of a spring and a nut and sleeve, having spherical and faces engageable with the clamps; the guide is secured on the base perpendicularly to the binding screw, and screws with clamps are installed in its holes; the screws are installed for rotation and fixing against longitudinal motion, and the clamps - for translational motion; the means for reposition is made in the form of a bracket secured to the guide and having a threaded joint of a bolt to the latter, a bearing plate is attached to the end of the bolt. The bent ends are placed above the clavicle with subsequent pressing of them in soft tissues outside the fracture on the front and rear surfaces of the fragments; at a catch of the fragment of a smaller diameter by the clamp adhesive tape is wound on the ends, and the fragments are brought together by the binding threaded rod. The fragments are pressed to the approaching ends by pressing the fragments from top to bottom by means of the screw with the clamp, and the acromial part of the fragment is additionally held by the bolt and bearing plate.
