FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and can be used as splint for fixation of upper extremity in case of bone injuries in the area of shoulder girdle (clavicle, articular, acromial processes of scapula, as well as anatomical neck of humeral bone) during transportation of injured person. Medical transport splint for shoulder girdle contains fixing belts with bandages and fixer-lifter of shoulder girdle. Fixer-lifter of shoulder girdle is made in form of bushing, laid in a free manner into envelope from soft fabric. In bushing on both sides installed are thread rods, on external ends of which in immovably fixed are plates covered with Velcro fabric on their external surface, to which fixing belt is fastened by means of Velcro. The second fixing belt with Z-like location is fixed to the first belt by means of Velcro. Bandages from flexible material are installed on sections where belts produce the greatest pressure on patient's skin. Bandage for forearm hanging is made in form of trough-like bed.
EFFECT: obtaining analgesic effect, which is reliable prevention of traumatic shock.
