FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making operation incision and bone fragment reduction. Canals are drilled in proximal clavicle fragment making canal diameter greater than screw rod thread diameter. Canals are drilled in coracoid process making canal diameter less than screw thread diameter. The proximal clavicle fragment is connected to the coracoid process of the scapula using two screws. The screws are screwed in making an acute angle between them. Connecting member with holes being used, the screws are introduced through the holes. The first screw being introduced, the second screw head is set with thrust against the head of the first screw. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; lower probability of screw migration; high quality of fixation. 2 cl, 5 dwg
