FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has hydraulic cylinder 11 with load sensing valve 17, shafts 1,2 with rigidly secured stop levers 4,5 and sector stops 6,7, driving levers 8,9 hinge-connected by ends on shafts for limited turning and connected by other ends with ends of rod 10 of hydraulic cylinder 11 installed in guides 15,16 with slots for rod 10. Load sensing valve 17 has three chambers and it has spindle-shaped spool rigidly secured on rod coupled with rod 10 of hydraulic cylinder and installed for reciprocating in throttling holes. Left-hand and right-hand chambers communicate with corresponding spaces of hydraulic cylinder 11 and with middle chamber, through throttling holes and bypass valves.
