FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: shears comprises pivotally interconnected top and bottom knives, spring-loaded plunger with slide and piston mounted inside the housing and interacting with knives by way of axles and shackles, cartridge chamber coupled with the above-piston space and interacting with hummer mechanism mounted inside the housing of the handle and having trigger with a spring- loaded pin, and striker and slide with a spring-loaded lock. Between the cartridge chamber and above-piston space is the chamber for preliminary combustion mounted together with the cartridge chamber inside the individual housing and provided with an orifice of a nozzle mounted at the inlet of the above-piston space. The above-piston space is provided with the second orifice of the second nozzle coupled with the atmosphere through a gas splitter. The spring-loaded plunger with the slide is provided with a stop that interacts with the bearing area of a damper after completion of a cutting. The damper is made up as ring conical springs. The slide of the spring-loaded plunger is provided with the bearing area made inside the housing and has ring grooves with radial openings coupled with the inner space made in the spring- loaded plunger and filled with a lubricant. The top and bottom knives interact with quick-detachable handle made up as a tube with a cramp having grooves and openings. The grooves are in a contact with the axle of the cutting knife. The handle is locked by way of a quick-detachable axle through the opening made in the axle of the pivot joint of the knives. The gas splitter is made up as a housing comprising two parts. Inside one of the part is cylindric surface connected with the second orifice of the second nozzle at the outlet of which a cone is mounted that belongs to the other part of the housing provided with a deflector and openings arranged downstream of the deflector.
