EFFECT: creation of pyrotechnic shears for cutting of machine building structures with reliable damping of inertial mass of movable elements, providing possibility of operation with various cartridges, having different geometry of the case, excluding unnecessary loss of energy and simplifying the design, increasing the safety of the trigger mechanism, as well as expanding the possibility of working with scissors, excluding the recoil of the scissors on the operator's hand.
