FIELD: salvage operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal cutting tool and can be used in rescue operations. Shears comprise fixed lower knife, pivotally connected with upper blade interacting with spring-loaded pusher and piston with stop installed in housing of cartridge chamber, trigger mechanism with hinged and spring-loaded trigger in it and striker. In fixed lower blade is installed and spring-loaded relative to rod interacting with ledge made on upper blade. Piston with stop of pusher are made as separate parts with mating contact pads. Stop is installed in housing of cartridge chamber with gap and has cylindrical cavity in which piston is fixed. Spring-loaded trigger trigger mechanism is made double-armed.
