Airtight chamber with spring-loaded piston filled with atmospheric-pressure air is provided in drive mechanism rod. Protective membrane is installed and drain holes are made in body. Presence of easily detachable joint extends application of different types of actuating mechanisms and enables use of various cock-type mechanisms.
