FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with elimination of pathologic exudative process in maxillary sinus by content evacuation by Kulikovsky needle puncture followed immediately by low frequency biovibrostimulation outside towards frontal wall surface of maxillary sinus with vibromassage device produced domestically. Treatment course lasts for 5-8 days daily once a day. The first 2-3 punctures are conducted along with biovibrostimulation of maxillary sinus. The rest - biovibrostimulation of maxillary sinus only. Biovibrostimulation time is 1.5-2 minutes. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reduced terms of therapy.
