FIELD: medicine; otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: first pathologic secretion is evacuated from maxillary sinus by puncture with the aid of Kulikovsky needle. To enhance treatment effectiveness and prevent development of complications and transition of acute form to chromic one, region of output of natural anastomoses of maxillary sinus and ethmoidal labyrinth to nasal cavity as well as to ethmoidal labyrinth and front wall of maxillary sinus from the outside are subjected to action of low-frequency biovibromassage. Treatment is performed daily, once a day, and course of treatment lasts for 7-10 days. Time of procedure is 1.5-2 min. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
