FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: the vestibule of nose, at the side of both sinuses necessary to be treated, is introduced with a nasal oliva connected with a reservoir filled with a medicinal solution. The latter is applied into nose and further into sinuses under the pressure at pulsation rate being 30-40 rot./min. Perfusion of paranasal sinuses is performed with the help of the device consisted of an elastic tube, electric motor with rate regulator, a clamping device as a supporting framework with clamping rollers and regulator of their clamping. A clamping device is installed in casing's hollow for the rollers to have contact with hollow plane, medial part of a tube is situated in the same casing's hollow to have the contact with rollers.
