FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: agent is prepared by reesterification of fish oil followed by fractionation of fatty acid ethyl esters by distillation or rectification under vacuum. Fractionation of the obtained ethyl esters is carried out after reesterification directly from the reaction mass fatty layer. The end product is fraction selected off at temperature above 156 C. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.
