FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: concentrate is prepared by reesterification of cod-liver oil with fully anhydrous ethyl alcohol in presence of alkali catalyst, weight ratio of reactants being 1:(0.15- 0.4):(0.004-0.02), respectively. Reaction is carried out for 2-4 h at 14-20 C. Reaction mixture is the fractioned in presence of urea and alcohol at esters/urea/alcohol weight ratio 1:(2,0-3.0):(2.5-6.0), wherein urea complexes are crystallized at 14-20 C. Isolation of desired product is effected by single high-vacuum molecular distillation.
