FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: stabilizer includes product of condensation of phenol and/or substituents thereof with hexamethylene tetramine and aminoalcohols from $$$ and $$$ or mixtures wherein n is 1-2, m is 1-2, R is H or $$$ at molar ratio of phenol component to hexamethylene tetramine to aminoalcohol component of 1:0.1-0.6:0.5-3.0 respectively with 0.01-2.0 wt% stabilizer used per polymer. Stabilizer is added to rubber latex. The claimed process makes it possible to improve stability of rubber during thermal aging and improve ecological parameters of the process for manufacturing rubbers. EFFECT: more efficient stabilization process. 1 tbl
