FIELD: rubber-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes preparation of antioxidant for emulsion polymerization rubbers. Method comprises reacting modified carboxylic acids with amines on heating. Modified carboxylic acids include maleinized tall oil comprising resin and fatty acids in 1-2:1 ratio, respectively with weight fraction of bonded maleic anhydride from 10 to 80%. Amine is para-aminodiphenyl amine at weight ratio of maleinized tall oil to para-aminodiphenyl amine of 100:18-54, respectively. Method makes it possible to obtain amine- type antioxidant. EFFECT: good technological properties and highly effective activity of amine-type oxidant for emulsion polymerization rubbers for thermooxidative aging. 2 cl, 14 ex, 2 tbl
