FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating visual presentation of phase field parameters on an information carrier as closed nonintersecting regions bounded by isodose values, making input and processing information and controlling beam displacement and radiation dose from a program using some law. A constant dose value is assigned to each region bounded by an isodose and the regions are visually selected. The beam displacement and radiation dose are additionally controlled using the rule of right side step smoothing. Isodose line being intersected, it is changed in discrete mode. The regions bounded by isodose values are distinguished by definite colors. Irradiation can be performed by applying laser radiation.
