FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: application: for diagnostics of pathologies and malfunctions of mammary glands in women. Essence of an invention consists in the fact, that a device based on a multi-element X-ray-sensitive detector is connected to a matrix of polysilicon photodetectors. As an X-ray luminophore for the first time claimed is alumo-halo-oxide of lutetium and other rare-earth elements, activated by cerium with stochiometric formula (∑Ln)3(Al2-xGax)[AlO3,9(Br+1N-3)α]3 and a crystalline structure of mineral garnet. An X-ray sensitive element consists of a two-phase layer based on a polymer from radiation-stable polymethylmethacrylate with a light-reflecting X-ray transparent coating and a perforated plate based on a metal alloy kovar.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of increasing the device resolution to 10 pairs of lines/min, as well as a considerable increase of contrast and speed of registration with X-ray excitation in the range of energy from 15 to 40 keV.
