FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has carcass composed of closed rings 3 with cross-pieces 4 and driven spring 6 manufactured from material possessing shape memory properties so that driven spring 6 has stiffness degree control unit being internal rod 5 with movable hollow end stopper 8 engagingly mounted on internal surface 9 with spring 6 which length in compressed state does not exceed cavity length. Length of rod 5 exceeds the length of spring 6. Stopper 8 is manufactured from heat insulating material having streamline external guiding surface. Spring 6 is mounted to enable engagement with one of cross-pieces 4 with heat insulating insert 11 designed as self-settable cover over the cavity of stopper 8. Proportions between the sizes of carcass and spring 6 with stopper 8 along the rod length are 5-1:1. Closed rings 3 with cross-pieces 4 are manufacturing as hemispheres the first of which is rigidly fixable on end of rod 5. The second one is axially movably mountable on rod 5 to be engageable with spring 6. End stopper 8 is connectable with rod 5 by means of threaded connection.
