FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnating textile fabric with plaster mass composed of gypsum and glue solution where gypsum and glue are taken in the proportion of 1-4:1 and then exposing to heat treatment until the solvent is fully removed. The device has gauze traction mechanism, plaster mass distribution unit, unit for fixing plaster mass on the gauze and device for cutting the blanks to produce the end product. Devices for preparing glue and gypsum suspension are also included into the design and placed at the inlet of the plaster mass distribution unit being designed as reservoir with no bottom and supporting plate placed under the reservoir to enable space width between them to be controllable. Unit for fixing plaster mass is designed as drying unit provided with unit for carrying out transverse traction of gauze. EFFECT: higher quality of plaster bandages. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
