FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing plaster mass; applying plaster mass to textile material; drying until complete drying of plaster mass; winding into rolls and cutting. Plaster mass is prepared with the use of dry powder composition comprising, wt%: gypsum stone with specific surface of 0.2-1.5 sq.m/g 97.0-98.5; powder glue 1.5-2.0. Composition components are introduced in succession or simultaneously into water to reach water-solid ratio of 0.5-1.2. Upon slight drying, plaster mass is subjected to dehydration until crystallization water content is 2-7 wt%. EFFECT: simplified manufacture method, reduced manufacture costs and improved quality of plaster dressing. 1 tbl
