FIELD: medical facilities. SUBSTANCE: bandages are manufactured using a known technique, namely applying gypsum paste consisting of gypsum and glue solution onto textile substrate followed by heating until total amount of solvent is vaporized. Method is distinguished by utilizing gypsum semihydrate and alcohol-free aqueous cellulose ether glue solution. Elimination of gypsum hydration in gypsum paste accelerates operations preceding the beginning of final hydration. High-voltage power sources, high-temperature heat carriers, and IR and microwave emission sources along with conventional sources are involved in realization of method. EFFECT: increased productivity and reduced expenses. 2 tbl
