LIQUID SATURATION APPARATUS Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with jacket and cover, mixing device, gas supply pipeline with disperser and gas phase sampling pipe. Apparatus is further provided with compensating device connected with sampling pipe and adapted for receiving, separating from gas phase and returning liquid separated from gas phase for saturation. Compensating device has two axially aligned cylinders defining separating gap, which is isolated from inner cylinder cavity by drop baffling. Separating gap is communicated with inner cylinder cavity through discharge openings positioned in lower part of separating gap. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation.
