FIELD: evaporation equipment of chemical industry for evaporation of low-boiling liquids, for instance, anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. SUBSTANCE: evaporator with run off liquid film has vertical body heated with the help of jacket with heat carrier and vertical cylindrical chamber located over body axis and also heated with heat carrier. For distribution of liquid between heating surface, evaporator has a device made in the form of circular insert preferably from fluoroplast-4 with recesses on internal and external cylindrical surfaces of insert. Recesses are inclined to elements of cylindrical surfaces at an angle of 30-60 deg. EFFECT: simple in design film evaporator characterized by high intensity of evaporation process and possibility of its application for evaporation of aggressive liquids. 3 cl, 2 dwg
