FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: line contains section of preparatory treatment of cranberry, including vacuum pump connected with pipeline where cock and vacuum container are installed. The latter is connected with pipeline having cock and container for initial product. Drain cock of vacuum collector is placed under washing-selecting drum. The section of secondary treatment of cranberry comprises inspection conveyor, conveyor for sugar powder, coloring and rolling-in drums, vibration conveyor, rolling-in table and conveyor for final cranberry maturating in sugar powder under which sources of infrared radiation are installed. The latter are installed in chamber connected with inlet pipe of fan and its outlet pipe is connected with chamber for blowing off the cranberry. The chamber is installed behind the sources of infrared radiation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
