FIELD: composite membranes in medicine, chemical, food and other industries. SUBSTANCE: carbon-graphite substrate is composed of 87-92% of carbon fibers and pyrolyzed carbon and is anisotropic in radial direction in respect to pore size, pore diameters ranging from 1.8-2.3 mcm on inner surface to 55-57 mcm on outer surface. Selective layer containing 99.3-99.7% zirconium dioxide additionally includes calcium phosphate. Carbon-graphite substrate is manufactured by successively rolling up on a holder the carbon tape prepreg and then carbon cloth prepreg followed by heat treatment and saturation with pyrolyzed carbon. Selective layer is prepared by spilling a slip containing 47-52 wt % zirconium dioxide and calcium phosphate adhesive (to 100%) followed by heat treatment under inert atmosphere.
