FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: in developing a well and cleaning of downhole zone, borehole is subjected to cumulative-charge perforation and implosive treatment of downhole zone. This is performed directly upon completion of perforation operation and is accompanied with taking out borehole liquid at location opposite to perforated holes to implosive chamber. Volume ratio of implosive chamber and case is assumed to be equal to (3-12):1 respectively. Amount of downhole liquid taken out is increased step-by-step. Device for realizing the method has hollow case with plugged off holes. Located in case are cumulative charges and it is provided with initiating cartridge and electric wire which connects cartridge and wire coupling head with armored cable. Inner space of implosive chamber is connected with case interior hollow. EFFECT: speedy development of oil well. 3 cl, 1 dwg
