FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: inner side of a stainless bushing is provided with grooves for metallic- fluoroplastic inserts. The inserts whose working surfaces is bent along the radius are formed of bronze powder on substrates individually fitted to the grooves and cake in the hydrogen environment. The bronze should contain no more than 6.5% of tin. After cooling the bushings are impregnated with a suspension of fluoroplastic in vacuum, dried, and polymerized in a furnace. The insert is then turned together with the bushing, pickled, repeatedly impregnated, dried, and polymerized. After that the insert is flush-mounted into the substrate from inside of the bushing.
