FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: object to be destroyed, fuel and air at excess air coefficient of from 0.5 to 1.5 are fed to chemical compression reactor where they are subjected to pulse compression-expansion at maximum pulse temperature of 1500 to 3000 K, maximum pulse pressure of 9 to 20 MPa and characteristic time of 10-3÷ 10-2 s. Waste gases of first reactor are again subjected to pulse compression-expansion at maximum pulse temperature of 1500 to 2300 K, maximum pulse pressure of 9 to 20 MPa and characteristic time of 10-3÷ 10-2 s. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
