DEVICE FOR PROTECTING HEAT EXCHANGER PIPES FROM ABRASIVE ASH WEAR Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F28G13/00 F28F19/00

Abstract RU 2758960 C2

FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering; it can be used in heat exchangers. A device for protection of pipes and pipe boards of heat exchangers against abrasive ash wear contains a plate on top of the pipe board and a nozzle with an internal channel for each pipe installed by screwing or pressing into a seat in the plate coaxially with pipes of the heat exchanger. The nozzle consists of an input and connecting sections, wherein their lengths are limited. The monolithic plate is reinforced with a tape fastened with one edge with the pipe board.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of protection against abrasive wear, the manufacturability of installation and maintainability of heat exchangers.
