FIELD: different branches of industry; small-size highly efficient liquid heating devices; heating of viscous liquids, such as liquid fuel of fuel oil type before combustion in furnaces. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical housing 1 with connecting flanges 2, magnetic circuits 3, rotor 4 arranged coaxially in housing, ring clearance 5 between housing and rotor. Outer surface of housing is coated with heat resistant electrical heat insulation 6 with current winding 7 placed over insulation. Space between winding and magnetic circuits is filled with heat- resistant electrical heat insulation 9. Two collector chambers 11 and 12 are provided with suction branch pipes 17 and delivery branch pipes 21. Collector chamber 11 has delivery chamber 15 and blade wheel 14 connected to rotor 4. Diameter of wheel 14 is greater than that of rotor. Blades 22 designed to increase head are installed at opposite end of rotor. Delivery chamber 15 communicates with ring clearance 5 through holes 16. Suction branch pipe 17 and delivery branch pipe 21 are interconnected by bypass pipe 24 whose ends are bent and brought into spaces of branch pipes 17 and 21. One end 25 is installed with its hole opposite to liquid flow, and other end 26 is installed with its hole in direction of liquid flow. Bypass pipe 24 is furnished with control valve 27. EFFECT: increased efficiency at heating viscous liquids. 2 dwg
