FIELD: optical instrumentation engineering; development of biosensors around surface plasma resonance. SUBSTANCE: device has light source, diaphragm, polarizer, two cylindrical mirrors, galvanometer mirror, prism, and photodiode. Device is characterized in that curvature axes of both cylindrical mirrors are aligned and common axis carries flat turning mirror of galvanometer, prism, and photodiode. Spectrum is automatically taken within single revolution of galvanometer mirror while photodiode and prism remain motionless. EFFECT: provision for operation with parallel and divergent light beam. 3 dwg
