FIELD: optical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has light source (laser), polarizer, turning mirror of galvanometer, two lenses, prism with angle of 90 deg., semitransparent plate, and photodiode. Lenses are positioned on one optical axis. Turning mirror of galvanometer is placed in focus of one of the lenses. Photodiode is arranged in focus formed by this lens and semitransparent plate. Prism with angle of 90 deg. is positioned so that its leg edge on which film is deposited by spraying is in focus of the other lens. Spectrum of surface plasma resonance is taken automatically by one turn of galvanometer mirror. In this case, photodiode and prism remain immovable. EFFECT: more effective construction. 2 dwg
