FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: process includes preparation of blood plasma sample and sample of water solvent of blood plasma proteins used registering the background scattering of X-ray radiation and introduction of water-soluble X-ray contrast medium into the above-indicated samples. Samples are transilluminated bycollimated X-ray beam and small-angle scattering roentgenograms of these samples are measured with subsequent mathematical processing of obtained data in commuter an calculation of parameters being determined. Whole plasma is used as blood plasma sample. X-ray contrast medium is introduced into samples of whole blood plasma and of water solvent of blood plasma proteins in dry form, in quantity sufficient to obtain water solvent density in these samples equal to density of protein envelopes of ЛП and free proteins of blood plasma.
