FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of creating plasma flow. Here is disclosed the method of generating plasma flow by means of compressing arc heating column with plasma creating medium in form of vapour of electrode cooling liquid produced in periodically filled tank-evaporator. Evaporation of cooling fluid is performed by means of a heating element having thermal contact with a nozzle-anode of the generator and adjoining filling the said tank material, which absorbs moisture. Also stabilisation of temperature of plasma generating vapour is performed by control over amount of cooling liquid flowing into the tank- evaporator from outside, using data of temperature sensor assembled on the case of the said tank. Implementation of the invention facilitates stability of plasma generating vapour temperature.
