SUBSTANCE: method includes separation of walls of sheaths of rectus abdominis over the entire length up to arcuate lines, to front one from one side, and to rear one from the other side; suturing of two duplications from remains of hernial sac to walls of sheaths of rectus abdominis; performing relief incision along places of transition of muscular to aponeurotic fibers of both musculus obliquus externs abdominis to semilunar line. During postoperative period, implanted to zone of hernioplasty is antofibrinogen that eliminates tension of tissues and leads to formation of strong cicatrix. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment.
