FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is used for diagnostics and physiotherapeutic effect of infrared laser and light-emitting diode radiations in combination with magnetic field on internal and external tissues of biological object. Apparatus has terminal containing of N light-emitting diodes, photodiode, laser radiator, source of permanent magnetic field, photoreceiver, second switch, at least one auxiliary photodiode, chamber, and control panel. The latter includes digital indication unit, sound indication unit, power source of light- emitting diodes, laser radiator power unit, microprocessor, adaptation unit, mode-of-operation change-over unit, and synchronizer consisting of series- connected cardiac-rhythm signal amplifier, R-tooth selector, former of pulse, burst, switch, and display. Functional capabilities of apparatus are enlarged due to diagnostics of biological object subsurface layer and due to apparatus operation in automated system in combination with external computer. Light-emitting diodes and lasers used in apparatus are sources of low-energy light radiation at wavelength of 0.84-0.89 mcm. They provide for exposure of biological object tissues to this radiation to depth of 7-8 cm. Use of adaptation unit with external computer in apparatus makes it possible to automate performance of physiotherapy process, to take account of information on carried-out procedure, and to process results obtained.
