FIELD: fermentative determination of phenols. SUBSTANCE: solution of peroxidase solution of o-dianizidine, sample to be analyzed and solution of hydrogen peroxide are consequently added into buffer solution. Then absorption of thus prepared product is spectrophotometrically registered. Peroxidase of plants and fungi is used (e.g. strain Phellnus igniarius). EFFECT: improved efficiency. 3 cl, 1 tbl
