FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: transformer has housing, input and output shafts, free running mechanism, impulsator and mechanism for controlling amplitudes of pulses of rotational moment. The mechanism for control of amplitudes of pulses of rotational moment is a closed planet mechanism. The driving link of the mechanism is connected with the impulsator through a gear with a gear ratio that less than unity. Its driving link is connected with the same impulsator through a crank-slide planet mechanism. The impulsator is two connecting rods, and two cantilevers that carries weights and is connected with the output shaft through free running mechanisms. The transformer may set the flywheel mounted on the output shaft in operation. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 4 dwg
