SUBSTANCE: engine has two coaxial opposite rotation rotors 1,2 one of which, being trihedral in shape, is placed inside outer rotor 2 whose inner surface is made to epitrochoid. Rotor 2 is enclosed from outside in fixed round tyre with two ring slots with sealing collars 12. Input shaft 9 of rotor 1 is connected by clutch 20 with driving shaft 21 of inertia torque control mechanism of inner rotor 1.
