FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport and special installations. SUBSTANCE: engine has two coaxial opposed rotation rotors, one being placed inside the other. Outer rotor is enclosed by fixed circular band with two circular slots communicating with intake and outlet pipelines and is closed by end face covers one of which carries ring-breaker, induction coil and spark plug and the other is coupled with synchronizing gear engaging with synchronizing wheel coupled with inner rotor. Rotor shafts are connected with driving shafts of inertia moment control mechanisms by clutches. Inertia moment control mechanisms have drums with weights whose radii of rotation are smoothly changed in motion by means of differential mechanisms whose ratios are equal to unity when carrier installed for steady turning is motionless. EFFECT: provision of smooth and stepless control of output shaft and its torque characteristics, simplified design of gearbox. 2 cl, 2 dwg
