FIELD: gas measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: oxidic film is first applied by anodic oxidation onto substrate, film thus-applied is treated with ammonium salt solution of metal selected from group consisting of W, Mo, Cr, while, simultaneously, passing electric current through solution, followed by adsorption of luminescent dye. As latter, use is made of complexes of platinum group metals with organic ligands having surface monolayer concentration of 0.1-0.5. Best results were obtained at current density of at least 5 mcA/sq.cm, temperature of at least 278 K and salt concentration of at least 0.1 g/l. To stabilize coating parameters, it is advisable to warm up film from time to time. Best results are obtained, if film is warmed-up for at least 30 min. at temperature 80-100 C. EFFECT: luminescence quenching factor of coating can be increased. 6 cl, 4 dwg
