FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus to measure parameters of respiratory interchange of gasses has oxygen concentration sensor, heating member 4, electronic-optical system of excitation and recording system. Oxygen concentration sensor sensitive member is made of thin aluminum plate, on which luminescent layer is applied. The layer is made of 10-20 mcm thick oxidized film with added organic complexes of platinum group metals. Recording system has photodetector 8 and air stream speed sensor 12, that are connected with processor through amplification and conversion units 9 and 10 correspondingly. Apparatus allows to measure instant values of oxygen concentrations in inhaling and exhaling air and to determine factor of used by organism oxygen at least during one breathing cycle.
