FIELD: quantum electronics, laser devices, in particular, frequency-stabilized gas lasers for laser spectroscopy, measuring, direction finding and other areas. SUBSTANCE: device has master optical quantum oscillator, discriminator of frequency deviation. It is designed as tuned interferometer which has cell which medium has non-linear light absorption at device frequency. In addition device has optical circuit for matching wave edges of oscillator resonators and interferometer, decoupling filter, photodetector and automatic frequency adjustment system. In addition to absorbing cell interferometer volume contains optical quantum amplifier, which operates at frequency of master oscillator and which compensates dissipation losses in interferometer. This results in possibility to increase contrast and amplitude of frame, and to increase signal-to- noise ratio. EFFECT: increased stability and reproducibility of output frequency. 1 dwg
