SUBSTANCE: transparent electrode is produced by covering flexible transparent film with ZnO layer containing 0.4-1.3 mass percent of Ga and treating ZnO obtained by GaCl3 and H2O vapors at 150-180 C followed by calcination in the open at 900-1100 C for 45-60 min in butadiene acrylonitride rubber containing 6-9 mass percent of organic phosphor with proportion of electricity conducting particles and binder of 80-95:20-5 mass percent.
