FIELD: waste water purification. SUBSTANCE: electrocoagulation cleaning of waste water from dyestuffs, chromium compounds, and other impurities is effected for 1.5-4 min in one- step electrolysis with aluminium electrodes, current density being 150-200 A/sq.m, chloride ion concentration 400-435 mg/l, and pH value being controlled separately before electrolysis to 4.5-6.0 and before settling to 6.5-7.0. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning.
