FIELD: electrolytic processes. SUBSTANCE: waste is disintegrated to produce fraction with particle size -30+0.25 mm, which is agitated with sulfur-containing additives at ratio 1: (0.01-0.015). Obtained mixture is briquetted to form briquets with density 6.7-8.2 g/cu.cm, which are subjected to electrolysis i sulfate-chloride electrolyte.
