FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy; electrolytic methods of production of nickel and copper anodes and also anodes of alloys based on nickel or copper. SUBSTANCE: the offered method of deposition of ball-shaped anodes from solutions on cathode backing includes subjection of wastes of electroplating and metallurgical production to mechanical grinding and removal of their nonmetallic components, and separation from metal residue of fraction sizing +10 mm which are used in capacity of soluble anodes, and fraction with particles sizing - 10+1.25 mm are used as cathode backing loaded into galvanic drum up to degree of filling of 20-60% and deposition is carried out at drum rotation speed equalling 73-90% of critical speed. Soluble anodes are additionally used in form of fraction with particles sizing -1.25+0.25 mm which are separated from metal residue and subjected to briquetting. Provision is made to utilize the wastes of metallurgical production in form of wire with diameter of 1.25-5.0 mm. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 tbl
