FIELD: testing processes and equipment. SUBSTANCE: process of uninterrupted check of flow composed of mixture of steam, disperse particles and gases potentially containing hydrogen chloride and passing through exhaust pipes includes taking of sample from flow, its transfer through heated pipe-line, filtration of sample in hot state, its further transfer through heated pipe-line to point of analysis and analysis by mass spectrometry method. Speed of movement of sample amounts to 10.0 1/min. Temperature of sample throughout process is not below 190 C. System for implementation of process has sampler, first pipe-line, filtration unit, second pipe-line and analyzer mounted in sequence. Sampler is positioned inside exhaust pipe downstream. Analyzer incorporates pump having capacity not less than 10.0 1/min, capillary and mass spectrometer placed in series. Sampler, filtration unit, pipe-lines and pump can withstand temperatures up to 190 C. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of process and system. 12 cl, 1 dwg
