FIELD: drives with limited translation of rotor. SUBSTANCE: polarized moment electric motor includes stator 3 composed of two magnetically soft units between which teeth 2 high- coercitive magnets 1 of rectangular shape are placed. Their internal side surface borders on working gap. Teeth 2 bordering on magnet 1 are embraced by coil 4 of control winding. Rotor 5 has four teeth. In neutral position teeth of rotor 5 and stator 3 are overlapped through half of tooth arc. Polarizing flux of magnets 1 creates high-power synchronizing moment with movement of rotor 5 from neutral position. Connection of control winding to D.C. power supply source leads to formation of torque. With change of polarity of connection of control winding direction of torque changes to opposite one. EFFECT: improved functional reliability and stability of electric motor. 2 cl, 3 dwg
