FIELD: two-speed electric motor drives. SUBSTANCE: motor reduction gear of orbital type has external magnetic system in which capacity stator 9 of asynchronous motor is used. Salient feature of motor-reduction gear is absence of special drive of brake of central wheel 13. Its function is executed by drive 6 of brake 7 of rotors 11 when carrier 15 is given axial mobility. This simplifies motor-reduction gear providing it with two rotational speeds which is necessary for drives of a great number of electrified aggregates. EFFECT: simplified design and enhanced operational reliability of motor- reduction gear. 1 dwg
